Become an artist in the house

Do you want to become an active artist in the house? Right now we are looking for more artists! höjden offers business-adapted premises for the daily work as a freelancer.

 

Service contract

To become an artist in the house you sign a service contract ("tjänstekontrakt") with höjden, which you can do as a private person or through your company.

 

The service contract costs SEK 600 a month.

The agreement gives you access to the house's shared office space, kitchen and hang-out area as well as the opportunity to book our 100m2 studio for the internal, at-cost price of 50kr/hour, 300kr/day, or 2000kr/week.

Rent your own atelier

We also rent out studios / offices to artists who have an F-tax certificate, with an average price of SEK 4,000 / month, depending on the size and number of people who use the room.
